Paul Frew is a Democratic Unionist Party MLA for North Antrim.
He was first elected to Ballymena Borough Council for the Braid area in 2005 in the Local Government Elections.
In June 2010 Paul replaced Ian Paisley Jr as MLA in the Northern Ireland Assembly to represent the people of North Antrim and was subsequently elected in May 2011 topping the poll with 6581 votes.
Paul served as Chairperson of the Agriculture and Rural Development Committee from 2011-2014 and as a member of the Chairperson’s Liaison Group.
He is currently a member of the Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment and also represents the Party as Vice Chairperson on the All Party Group on Construction.
